Unbelievable uses of hydrogen peroxide, you don't know

Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) eliminates infections, reduces pain and detoxifies the body. It acts as a natural and toxin-free disinfectant and kills similar to ozone pathogens by oxidation.

Unbelievable uses of hydrogen peroxide, you don't know

Hydrogen peroxide consists only of water and oxygen. Both elements are combined in a special ratio, forming a germicidal liquid. When hydrogen peroxide reacts with organic matter, it decomposes into water and oxygen. This extra oxygen creates an environment in the body where most pathogens can not spread or survive. Natural cell processes can be supported and waste products removed from the body.

There are several ways to use the good properties of hydrogen peroxide in everyday life.

Hydrogen peroxide against cuts and infections

Hydrogen peroxide acts as a natural antiseptic. It cleanses wounds, removes dead tissue and protects against infection. It also helps to stop small bleeding and supports the healing process.

Put some of a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball and press it on for 5 to 10 minutes for cuts or infections and apply twice a day.

Hydrogen peroxide against athlete's foot

Hydrogen peroxide helps eliminate fungal infections and stop their spread. For athlete's foot, just mix the same amount of hydrogen peroxide with water and fill in a dark spray bottle, sprinkling your feet and toes with it every evening and allowing to dry.

Hydrogen peroxide against sinus infections

The antibacterial and antiviral effect of hydrogen peroxide helps to treat infections in the sinuses. In combination with water, hydrogen peroxide can be used as a natural nasal spray. Simply mix 1 tablespoon of 3% hydrogen peroxide in a cup with filtered water and place in a dark nasal spray bottle. Apply the nasal spray several times a day. Deplete the released mucus.

Hydrogen peroxide for mouth cleansing

Hydrogen peroxide can be used as a natural mouthwash. It combats harmful bacteria in the mouth and also supports the healing process of aphthae. Rinsing with hydrogen peroxide will also brighten your teeth and eliminate bad breath.

Simply rinse 15ml with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution in the mouth for 30 seconds and repeat the application once a week.

Hydrogen peroxide cleans the toothbrush

Toothbrushes are a popular nutrient base for bacteria. Hydrogen peroxide cleans and disinfects the toothbrush and stops the spread of bacteria.

Simply immerse the toothbrush in a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, leave for 30 minutes and then rinse with water.

Hydrogen peroxide for a toothache

Hydrogen peroxide is directed against various pathogens that cause infection. It also fights bacteria, fungi and viruses that cause a toothache.

To relieve a severe toothache until the dentist appointment, simply put 15 ml of a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution in the mouth, allow to work for 10 minutes and then spit out. Repeat the application once a day.

Hydrogen peroxide brightens the teeth

The bleaching effect of hydrogen peroxide helps to brighten the teeth. In the case of yellow teeth, take a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution in the mouth and bake for 30 seconds. Repeat the application once a week.

Hydrogen peroxide brightens the nails

Dark nail polish and athlete's foot often discolour the nails. The bleaching effect of hydrogen peroxide illuminates the nails and ensures a healthy look.

Make a solution of the same amount of water and a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and soak the nails for 10 minutes. Repeat the application once a day for several days in a row.

Hydrogen peroxide for acne

Hydrogen peroxide is targeted against acne-causing bacteria on the skin and supports the healing process of pimples. It also cleanses the skin of dead skin cells and protects against further infections.

Simply apply a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution to a cotton ball and cleanse the skin 1 to 2 times a week.

Hydrogen peroxide against the cornea and corns

Hydrogen peroxide naturally helps to soften and remove calluses and corns.

For the application: Mix ¼ cup of a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution with ¼ cup of baking powder and 4 cups of warm water and let the feet soak in this solution for 10 minutes. Then rinse with clean water and remove the soaked cornea with a pumice stone.

Hydrogen peroxide for earwax

The foaming properties of hydrogen peroxide help to easily remove earwax and dirt from the ear canal. It also has antibacterial properties and helps fight infections in the ear.
Simply mix the same amount of warm water with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and fill in a pipette. Tilt your head to the side and drop a few drops of the solution into your ear looking towards the sky. Let the solution work for 3 minutes and then tilt the head to the opposite side so that the dissolved earwax can come out better. Repeat the process with the other ear.

Hydrogen peroxide as a cleaning agent

With hydrogen peroxide, tabletops and counters can be cleaned in a natural way. It kills bacteria, salmonella and leaves a fresh scent.

For use: Mix the same amount of water with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and place in a dark spray bottle. Spray the solution on a clean dish and disinfect table tops, chopping boards, kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, toilets, floors, tiles and breakfast boxes.

With hydrogen peroxide also mirrors can be cleaned streak-free. Simply spray the mixture of water and hydrogen peroxide on the mirror and then wipe it off with a paper towel.

Note: To increase the effect of hydrogen peroxide, apple cider vinegar may be added to a second spray bottle. The combination of both products acts as a strong disinfectant.
Hydrogen peroxide during laundry

The bleaching property of hydrogen peroxide helps lighten white laundry. It acts as a natural bleach and also helps to remove blood stains on clothing.

In order to assist the chemical processes and remove the blood spots, the hydrogen peroxide solution should be applied in a short time. Simply add a little 3% hydrogen peroxide solution to the blood stain, let it work for a few minutes and then remove the excess fluid with a cloth. Then wash out the peroxide-treated blood with cold water and soap.

Note: Hydrogen peroxide has a bleaching effect and can discolour coloured substances.

Hydrogen peroxide improves the growth of plants

During the rain ozone (O3) floats in the atmosphere. As the water (H2O) falls down, an additional oxygen atom is taken up from the atmospheric ozone, producing the hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). This is one of the reasons why rainwater makes plants grow faster.
To speed plant growth, plant seeds can be soaked in hydrogen peroxide to simulate rainwater. This also helps to remove fungal spores and accelerate the germination rate. Simply mix 30ml of hydrogen peroxide with 2 cups of water and soak the seeds in it overnight.

In addition, the grown plants can be sprayed in between with a mixture of water and hydrogen peroxide. Simply mix 1 part hydrogen peroxide with 32 parts water and pour into a dark spray bottle.

All these positive qualities are good reasons to integrate hydrogen peroxide into your everyday life. The nourishing and cleansing effect has a long-term positive effect on our health and well-being.
